Horizontal stripes appear on the printed material.

  • The media feed amount may be incorrect. Alternatively, the head nozzle may be faulty.

1. Media feed correction
 When the media feed amount is misaligned, it results in horizontal stripes at regular intervals,
 as shown in the figure below.



Please refer to the "Operation Manual > "Chapter 3: Setup" >"Setting of Media Correction" for the procedure of media correction.

2. If the method in step 1 does not result in improvement, please proceed with maintenance.
 When there is nozzle missing or deflection in test print, it can lead to issues with print quality, such as stripes and unevenness.
 Refer to the FAQ "Nozzle dropout or deflection are not resolved in the test print" to resolve the discharge issue.



3. Increase the pass count in the RIP software's print settings.
